2023 Asian Games: The Indian men’s Kabaddi team continued its stellar performance in the 19th Asian Games 2023. They had defeated Pakistan by a huge margin of 61-14 in the first semi-final. With this, the team has made it to the finals and now it is going to play the gold medal match on October 7.

The Indian Kabaddi team did not have a good start as Pakistani defenders tackled first captain Pawan Sehrawat and then Aslam Inamdar. After this, he sent the Indian team on the back foot by dismissing Vishal and Nitesh in the raid. Naveen gave India the lead by scoring 6 points in his 4 raids. In the seventh minute, Naveen took out the remaining two Pakistani defenders to give them an all-out. India has taken a lead of 11-4. Pawan Sehrawat also opened his account in the ninth minute. Pawan then performed a super raid and put pressure on Pakistan, scoring a point in his next raid. Aslam scored his first point in the 12th minute as Pakistan suffered a second all out.,
