Players are not upset by the defeat against Afghanistan – Jonny Bairstow

After this defeat, many questions are being raised on the England team, but Jonny Bairstow believes that the team will bounce back in an excellent manner. Before the match against South Africa he said:

There must have been some reason due to which these players won the T20 World Cup last year. The team also won the 2019 World Cup. We are the defending champions. If we lose against Afghanistan it does not mean that we are bad players. If you look at Fazal Haq Farooqui and his record in IPL, he is very good. Afghanistan has three excellent spinners. If these players play for Afghanistan, it does not mean that they do not have talent.

Let us tell you that the performance of the England team so far in this World Cup has not been anything special. The team has played three matches and lost two.
