Shahid Afridi gets big offer from PCB Meeting with Zaka Ashraf

Shahid Afridi PCB: Former Pakistan fast bowler Shahid Afridi has once again taken India to task. Shahid Afridi has been offered a role in the PCB after a meeting with interim Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakkar. A few days ago, Shahid Afridi had criticized PCB Management Committee Chairman Zaka Ashraf. He asked them to do their work properly. But now he is meeting them. The Pakistan team is currently playing the ICC World Cup 2023 in India and their chances of playing in the semi-finals are hanging in the balance.

He said, “Zaka Ashraf is not running any club. That P.C.B. Is the President of. They have to take care of many things. You are calling the owners of a media house and saying that someone is saying something about you. Do your work. Accomplish what is expected of you. They’re talking about you because you’re giving them a chance. Just do your job.”

Geo Super reported that Afridi had met Kakar to discuss cricketing issues including his future association with the PCB. The two also talked about the performance of the Babar Azam-led team in the ICC World Cup 2023 and grooming cricketers from the grassroots level to the international level.

He said, I got a call from the Prime Minister’s Office. I had to go to Islamabad to meet the Prime Minister. It was really good to talk to the Prime Minister on cricket issues. The cricketer told The News that the Pakistan Prime Minister wanted him to play a role in the PCB.

“I asked for some time to decide on my future association with the PCB,” he said. This does not happen in Pakistan. We are striving to harness the talent available and transform them into real-world winners. Former Pakistan captain Inzamam ul Haq has resigned from the post of chief selector. It is being told that this meeting took place after Shahid Afridi’s meeting with PCB Management Committee Chairman Zaka Ashraf.
