Pakistan cricket team is going to play a T20 series at home with New Zealand before the T20 World Cup 2024. This series is going to start from 18th April. Today, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the Pakistan squad regarding this series. In white ball cricket, the command of Pakistan cricket team has once again come into the hands of Babar Azam. Now the captaincy of Babar Azam will be seen in the series with the Kiwi team.

These players returned to Pakistan team after 4 years

Recently Pakistan Super League has ended. After which two Pakistani players withdrew their international retirement and expressed their desire to play for the national team again. Yes, we are talking about fast bowler Mohammad Aamir and all-rounder Imad Wasim.

Now both these players have been included in Pakistan’s team for the T20 series with New Zealand. Both these players had performed brilliantly in the Pakistan Super League. Now Aamir and Imad will once again be seen playing cricket for Pakistan.

Mohammad Aamir has entered the Pakistan cricket team after almost 4 years. Mohammad Amir played his last T20 match for Pakistan team against England on 30 August 2020. Aamir had played 50 T20 international matches for Pakistan.

In which he took 59 wickets while bowling. Mohammad Aamir can trouble even the biggest batsman with his speed and swing, in such a situation Aamir can prove to be a big weapon for the Pakistan team in the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024.
