World Cup 2023 Warm up Matches Schedule: The world’s famous cricket teams and star players are going to organize a fair in India. The official start of the ODI World Cup will be on October 5 with the England-New Zealand match, but before that the teams will play practice matches to complete their preparations.

It begins with three matches on Friday, September 29. Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka in Guwahati, South Africa vs Afghanistan in Thiruvananthapuram and New Zealand vs Pakistan in Hyderabad. India will play its first practice match against England in Guwahati. Team India’s second practice match will be against Netherlands in Guwahati on 3 October.

10 teams will play 2-2 practice matches. The matches will be held in three cities across the country. All matches will be held in Guwahati, Hyderabad and Thiruvananthapuram between Friday 29 September and Tuesday 3 October. All matches will start at 2.00 pm Indian time. Teams will be allowed to field all players from their 15-player squads during matches.
